Primary Executive Board

President

The President oversees the entire club; creating goals and setting the tone for the club while ensuring all facets of the organization run smoothly and successfully throughout the year. As President, this individual must stay in frequent communication with Joyce Jewell and Executive Board to ensure all tasks are being managed and executed. Daily, the President must also be in constant contact with the Executive Board in order to move the club forward and ensure all activities are driven towards achieving outlined goals and objectives to propel the direction of the Club forward.

TASKS:

• Set a clear tone and direction for the Club, holding members accountable to this vision throughout the year.
• Create the Application Portal for new execs and help other execs in selecting their directors and board members
• Organise Exec Meetings as needed in order to check on completed tasks.
• Establish best form of communication for individual members of the Executive Team in order to have effective communication strategies in place.
• Engage members at every level of the Club.
• Overseeing the budget and expenses recommended by the VP of Finance.
• Appointing PCS’s general delegate to represent the Club’s interest at KSG.
• Completing all necessary paperwork and re-register the organization every year.
• Ensure re-selection/selection of new executives in the Club.

Vice President of Finance (VPF)

The VP of Finance is primarily in charge of all financial activities pertaining to the Club. This includes communication between the Executive Board and the rest of the Workshop, and maintaining and requesting the funds for club operations.

TASKS:

• Prepare an annual fiscal budget to be approved by the Executive Committee, presented by.

  the second general meeting at the start of the academic year.

• Distribute funds pursuant to the Bylaws.
