Step 1 :Enter the event name(whatever it may be)

step 2 : Choose BL SILC Student Event for the Event Type

Step 3 : Choose the organization name

Step 4 : Enter the expected attendance (always try to keep under 50 as it will trigger other formalities if over 50)

Step 5 : Enter Event description and date and time

Step 6 : take additional time of 10 minutes before and after the Event for setup and takedown

step 7: If we have Multiple events on same time but different dates for the same purpose then choose Repeating Pattern

Step 8 : Click on view all Occurences

Step 9 : Check all dates and times

Step 10 : Choose location BL GI Classroom
